Hmm, Let me offer a few options here. Typically small banks and more importantly, credit unions, can potentially be far more flexible with loans than would a bigger bank. I would strongly urge you to consider contacting such institutions to see if such an option may exist. An another option might be raising funds via sales, such as 1 day sales on eBay which may permit you to raise capital. Finally, you may reach out to 'pay-day' loan sites and see if they can underwrite you--but be aware that this should be your last and final solution since the rates they charge can be extremely excessive which may create future problems going forward.
