My daughter was placed with her father on a temporary Magistrate decision to final occur. The father it's not letting me see my daughter until final decision of the Judge and I been asking him with plenty of time by Talking Parents. What Motion can I filled to ask the judge for temporary visitation until final decision? Since I filled an emergency heading and Judge said the child is not in harm and she is about to render her final decition?
