my wife and i are seperated the house is in her name shew wants to sell it. I have a tax lein from a business iwas in she is not invilved with any of the business, and im not on the deed can she sell the house without the irs getting involved

North Carolina is not a community property state, so you and your spouse can have separate property/assets. So, if your name is ***** ***** has not been on the deed to the house, then she should be able to sell it free of any liens against you individually.
