Hello: This isCustomer Welcome to JustAnswer! I am reviewing your post, and I will post my response very shortly. Thank you for your patience.
You have to hire a Court Reporter to do so. A deposition is testimony under oath before a Court official.
You should contact your local Courthouse, the Clerk's office to ask for a list. Once you get a Court Reporter, the Court Reporter would tell you what the procedure is. Court Reporters are very experienced in act of depositions. You may also use this link to find Arizona Court Reporters and the process.
