I have a previous child support order in place where the kids were on the ex-wife's health insurance and she aggred to pay. Now she is going for an increase and wants me to pay her for the health insurance. The health insurance at my job is 100 dollars cheaper a month. Do I have the right to use my own health insurance, or do I have to pay her?
