JA: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in?

Customer: I petition court to be appointed administrator one brother can't be found, two heirs agreed to appointment one heir objected but state if the court appointed he wanted me bonded and not given full authority of the administrator

There is no specific time limit in which a court must issue a ruling. If you can tell me a little more about whatever the hearing was about, when it was held, where the court is located, etc. I can likely give you a pretty good estimate as to when the judge will rule.
