Hi my name is ***** ***** I would be happy to help! Do you have a specific question or how can i be of assistance?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
My son is on social security (SSI) he has asperger his diagnosis will never change. I am on longterm disability waiting on a judge to decide my case for disability. The amount i get each month before taxes is 1392.00 I recieved a letter stating that they do not look at my long term disablity as pay. The are looking at it as im working. so they are decreasing my child SSi to 97.00
I asked them how i am suppose to support him on 1000.00 a month that the money i get is disablity

what exactly is your question?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I need a attorney to help me with my appeal to social security
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
someone who understands disability for children

I understand. this site is for asking questions and not establishing an attorney-client relationship. i will opt out unless you have some questions for me to answer... let me know and i would be happy to help! However, reducing your benefits because of long term disability is permitted under social security. from what you have told me it doesnt sound like social security has done anything inappropriate here.
