I got the bad end of the stick in my divorce. My husband

Customer Question

I got the bad end of the stick in my divorce. My husband emptied accounts and kept me from money to get a lawyer.
I need to know if I pick up a check from my half of the house (which he took all the equity from without my consent or signature) but it's money I need to survive right now....will that hurt me from challenging the divorce?

No, but just do not sign any sort of settlement agreement or release of any claims.
