Customer Question

My husband's atty served me August 5, our preliminary hearing was bumped to the 25th, and I just secured representation myself 2 days ago. My question is: if my husband had spyware installed on my private devices, (such as Flexispy or Mobispy--virtually impossible to detect without suspicion) would he be breaking any laws if he supposedly removed it (it can be uninstalled remotely) as soon as I told him I had retained a lawyer? Some of the phone calls intercepted and emails read were Hippa-privledged, between me and my therapist.

Yes he would be violating your privacy rights. I need to know what state you live in to see if you have wiretapping laws
