In 2006 a family member petitioned for a restraining order against me his case was dismissed with prejudice my cross motion was granted for an order of protection
In 2016 I had to file for a new order of protection (old one expired) against same family member he now did a cross motion Can he do this since 2006 case was dismissed with prejudice ?
