Hello:

Florida has a Self Help center online that has the forms and instructions necessary for your granddaughter to reopen her case:

http://www.flcourts.org/resources-and-services/court-improvement/family-courts/family-law-forms.stml

This is the form she'll need ----> http://www.flcourts.org/core/fileparse.php/533/urlt/rDone905a.pdf

If she meets the definition of indigent, she may qualify for a waiver of filing fees. She may also qualify for a free lawyer through the Florida Legal Aid program.
