I am afraid that complainant information to Child Protection is confidential and protected information, which means it cannot be released without a subpoena. In order to get a subpoena, there has to be a lawsuit filed and the subpoena has to be obtained as part of that suit. Other than a lawsuit, CPS will not release the complainant's information.
