How do I contest a temporary order of protection filed

Customer Question

How do I contest a temporary order of protection filed against me?

A temporary Order always has a hearing set to hear from both parties after the ex parte Order has been issued without hearing from the other side. So, at this hearing, you would have opportunity to present your facts and evidence to the Court and ask for dismissal of the Order.
