No, there isn't. There's also no blood test requirement, physical exam, or waiting period. The spouses just need to go to the clerk's office together, pay the fee, and present ID after filling out the forms. There is some risk to visiting the courthouse when there's an outstanding warrant, as a police officer could recognize the person from prior interactions. But it's not part of the process.
