Customer Question

My husband is in hospital with a recent stroke. As of now he is not able to make decisions. I will need at some point money to pay bills. He has a separate bank account in his name. I do have a power of attorney, finance which was drawn up four years ago when he had major heart surgery. Will this allow me to access his bank account and draw money?
