I am 17 years old my parents are divorced. At what age can I choose to not "visit" one of my parents?

Illinois courts do not set a specific age but, at 17, your preference would be given substantial weight by the judge if there were a motion presented to the court for a modification of the visitation.Also, after 18 you can, pretty much, do as you please.
