I am going to the Philippines next week to get married.

Customer Question

I am going to the Philippines next week to get married. Where can I do this? Not in a church or church facility. Also, is there a class and/or a waiting period before I can wed.

Thank you for your question. All the information you asked for is available here. No class is required. There is a 10 day waiting period for civil weddings to become registered. I hope this information is helpful.

Thanks for the info. Is the 10day wait prior to or after the marriage? Also, are there wedding places like Vegas or at attorneys or city hall (If they have a city hall).

The 10 day period is after the ceremony, which is performed at City Hall or by a Judge.
