My husband and I are married I will be in process of getting a divorce. He is being physically rehabilitated and it will be 2 weeks how do I get divorce sign over his care to his children. I do not want him back in rental home. No lease.

I am sorry to hear that. Basically in your petition for divorce you ask for each issue that you want the court to address with respect to children and any property allocations you want. You can also ask for temporary orders such as him leaving the premises while the divorce is pending.
