Hi Roger,A Notice for Trial has been filed in my case on January 4th 2016, and I have not received such Notice. This is under Florida Rules of Family Law. I came aware as I was looking into the Cases at the Court.

Hi - the notice should have a certificate of service with it that shows who the document was sent to......and your name and address should appear there. If not, you could file a motion to re-set the trial due to the fact that you weren't properly noticed by the other side.
