What if he doesn't work
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
what about her, she's 15 years old
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Are we still responsible to pay for her
Expert:  Asad Rahman replied 11 months ago.

If he is young too most judges will still impose a child support obligation based on minimum wage or require that he work part time. You as parents would not owe child support but you would still have legal responsibility for her such as for her education or if she committed a crime.
