In divorce decree, husband agreed to pay all medical.. he did not and I am now being sued. I had no knowledge bills were outstanding. do I have any leg to stand on in court.

What you can do is pay them and then sue him for recovery of that.

Your divorce decree is not going to be considered as a defense to the medical bills, but you can file an enforcement action for him to honor the divorce decree. One thing you may do is add him to the lawsuit by interpleading him. I would suggest talking to a local attorney about this.
