My mother, now deceased, wanted to leave my son a mobile

Customer Question

My mother, now deceased, wanted to leave my son a mobile home she had to him. At the time, he was a minor, only 12 yrs old. He was living w his father at the time, and it ended up that his father talked her into putting both my son and his father on the title..with the understanding that when my son turned 18 his dad was to sign over his part of title to my son. Well, of course this has not happened, my son is now 22 yrs old, this sorry excuse for a dad has moved other family members in, while making it a living hellfor my son to live there, here is a history of abuse to my son by this man, and my son is currently homeless. My. Question is, what rights does my son have to this home, and how can we remove the people the father has there, as well as is the only way to settle this is for them to sell the home and split it? Or can he try to grt the home that should be rightfully his in the first place.
