After a divorce is final, can the judge order a spouse to sign a listing agreement with a realtor because her husband (and his attorney) demand it. (Less than 2 months after divorce).

Good afternoon. Just to be clear, the Judge did or did not order that the home be sold? I know you said ownership was 55/45% but curious as to if the Judge specific addressed the issue with the sale of the home so both parties get paid.
