Hello and thank you for the opportunity to assist you. My name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to help if I can. Do you have any specific questions? I just want to make sure that I understand what legal information you are seeking.

Also, is there a court order requiring you to make child support payments?

Thank you.

How do I get out of paying back child support to the wife I'm married to now who is the mother of our only child. Child support continued after I remarried her. I'm divorcing her for the 2nd time now and a lawyer says that when I got remarried to the same wife, the child support was still expected of me even though I was supporting my wife and only child!
