Hello,

The best way to do this is to look at old documents that would have your social security number on it. If you have any old pay stubs, for example, they would have your SSN. So would your tax returns. If you cannot find them, then go to the nearest social security office with official identification documents such as your birth certificate, driver's license, passport. They will look it up for you.
