Customer Question

7 year caregiver, No will No agreement. It just happened. I don't know if she is capable of signing. Siblings abandoned my mother no calls, visits for years. What are my chances of a claim against her estate being received? Is it difficult to prove. How do I start the process. State of WA

Is your mother still alive? Did she live with you at your residence or did you live at her residence?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have commuted back and forth from Colorado, spending more time in Sequim, WA. Ex, I have been here almost a year since my stepfather passed last September. I know now I should of had an agreement in writing, but her husband wouldn't allow for it.

Is your mother still alive? Do you want to make a claim for services rendered, against her or her estate?
