The law does not say anything about this. There is no law preventing any child from sleeping in the same bed with their parent. The law in this instance does not legislate common sense, which would dictate that unless there is some emergency situation (such as the child is sick or they are traveling somewhere) that on a daily basis they should not be doing so, but it is absolutely against no law in IL or any other state.
