I filed and got a decree of annullment in nevada. We continued to live together. Can i undo our annullment or do we have to get married again?

You cannot undo a decree of annulment. You would have to go back and get remarried I am afraid. Once the final decree was entered, that means it was final and unless there is proof it was obtained by fraud (which can subject someone to perjury charges) and in that case it could be vacated.
