Thank you.1. Is this the correct action to take?
A Motion to Enforce - correct. It may or may not ask for a contempt finding.2. Where can I find this form to file with the courts?
I am afraid one may not be available online, but one can find one at their local law library.3. Is there any additional forms that would need to be filed along with this?
No. Or rather, this would be the primary pleading to the Court. The Court itself or the county may require a cover sheet or local forms, depending on the jurisdiction and the Court.4. Because time is limited, is there anyway I can request an emergency hearing or an additional file I can form to expedite the process?
Yes. One can file an "ex parte" motion along with the motion to enforce. An ex parte is for emergencies, and is heard at time of filing without the other party being present. Then if the court makes a decision, that decision is served in an order unto the Respondent
along with the Motion to Enforce. The matter is revisited again once the Respondent shows in Court.
