My daughter prepared a last will and testament before she died

Customer Question

My daughter prepared a last will and testament before she died days before infact. She gave legal custody of her 10 month old son to my ex wife. The paternal father who is not financially stable and an alcoholic may pose a problem. My question: how legally binding is that last will and testament?
