My 2 children from a previous marriage are on medicaid. I have custody and only work part time. If I get remarried does this effect their health insurance? Does their stepfather`a income effect them?

If I get remarried does this effect their health insurance? Does their stepfather's income effect them?A: Unfortunately, Medicare goes by household income and expenses.
