Hi , my life left me two weeks ago, has broken off communications with me and took my car that's registered in my name... And is refusing to make a payment.... Can I take my car back?

Ok, then legally it is your car and you can simply retake possession of it if you can track her down and locate it. If you have the title, then if you don't have a key, you can contact a local dealer and have them make a duplicate key based on the VIN on the title.
