Mother in law 82 asked 30 year old grandson to move out. grandson moved in about 16 months ago for the summer. no legal agreements. grandson now as pregnant girlfriend there and a lot of screaming between them.

She will need to give them 60 days notice and then, if they refuse to leave, file a forcible detainer. The judge will then issue an order for possession which can be placed with the sheriff for execution.
The sheriff executes the order by evicting the grandson and his girlfriend.
