My husband filed for a divorce and then willing left the house. I have not been served yet. He is telling me he has temerary orders for me to leave the house. Do I have to let him back in?

While I cannot comment on your specific situation, generally, one spouse is not permitted to prevent the other spouse from entering or residing in marital home, unless the spouse has a restraining order against the spouse or the divorce court had awarded the house to one spouse for exclusive use.
