CUSTODIAL QUESTION....MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY SEPARATED, HOWEVER, NOTHING LEGALLY. SHE HAS MOVED IN WITH ANOTHER MAN AND WANTS TO BRING OUR CHILDREN INTO HIS HOME ON A PART TIME BASIS, AS A 50/50 BASIS. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO STOP THIS?

Response: Regrettably, no you do not. Until there is a Custody Order both parents have equal custody of the children and thus one parent can take the children and live elsewhere even if the other parent objects to it.
