I am the custodial parent and receive child support

Customer Question

I am the custodial parent and receive child support for our 16 year old daughter. My ex submits bills to me each month for reimbursement (or tells our daughter to ask me to purchase) things like haircuts, clothing, lunch money, etc. Am I obligated to pay him back or pay for these things when she is with him?

No, you are not obligated to pay him back for those items.

Absolutely not.

Thanks! Am I obligated to pay 100% for her clothing, lunch money and allowance? He seems to think that's what he pays child support for. Thanks again

Well, you cannot force him to pay more than the court-ordered amount of child support. If the amount of support is not enough, you would have to ask the court to increase the amount of monthly support.
