Ok that would be a long-term solution but in the short term would the girl be forced to return to her father's home? and deal with the abuse or is there some other option because the court deal will take awhile.
Ok great now is there a place that I can get a sample of the 2 motions? and when we file the motions would we get to see a judge right away or would they notify us of like a hearing date or how would that work?
Ok what about the process portion of the question like we file the motion at the courthouse then they notify us of a hearing date for the temporary custody or would we get to see a judge right away? and if we have to wait for a response or court date what happens with the daughter while we are waiting?
good idea, ok one more thing since she will turn 18 in like 10 months and she just decides to remain a runaway until then, the police have already stated that they will not be actively looking for her and even if they run across her in some way that they would not take her back home, if she stays with friends until her birthday if her father found where she was would he be able to physically make her go home against her will any what action could if any be taken against the friends she is staying with?
