Under normal circumstances could this document be drafted and filed with the court by this Friday?
Under normal circumstances could a family law attorney create a document and get it filed with the court by Friday. I told my wife based on her behavioral problems which include verbal and physical abuse of both our daughter and myself, that I was unwilling to have more children. She has gone ahead and is in the process of obtaining embryos with donor sperm. She needed my signature on documents to proceed . She has been in the process of several months and at this final point the clinic finally demanded the signed documents. I said she would have to agree to give me custody of our daughter to get my signature. She agreed to that. If I can't get the document filed by Friday I have to withdraw my consent before she creates the embryo. She has threatened to commit suicide, said that she will have to be committed etc. if she isn't allowed to continue. She suffers from a personality disorder and because of her medical training says she can beat any psyche exam? There is more but to it is sufficient to say it is an unusual situation. She is very wealthy and most attorneys would probably want her as a client. She is very smart but troubled.
Thanks for the link. I hoe you enjoy your day.
