Ok thank you. Just a follow up. We are on a tight schedule.
She did give him 2 dates the following week and would agree to others if he would work with her at little. My attorney said if ex's attorney does not agree to reschedule, she would schedule/file a UMC hearing today to ask the judge to decide BUT the depo is scheduled for the 28th and she would have to file/coordinate a UMC today for a hearing next week. I am certain, knowing ex's attorney that he will still refuse to reschedule the depo and say that he is unavailable to go to a umc hearing next week (just to be difficult)
If my ex's attorney refuses to reschedule AND to attend the UMC hearing next week to get judges ruling, what should I do. Should I just tell him I won't go to the depo? Then they will file a motion to compel and say I am creating more legal fees.
What would I file then to protect myself or what would I do?
