The success of any mediation will be her willingness to participate in that mediation -- you realize that is is voluntary unless you apply for visitation / access rights through your local county family court (the court can then force mediation). That being said, what county are you in there in Ohio and I may be able to direct you to some mediation services there.

My suggestion is to try and get mother's cooperation and call several of them to see who offers the least expensive services for your issues that you need to resolve.
