Can my daughter allow her daughters dad to see her dad in Father's Day without jeopardizing her order of protection she has against him ?
Thank you for your question.
If I may ask, what state are you located in?

One quick clarification if I may. Is this order of protection against solely the daughter or the daughter and the child?

Right now just my daughter. However she supposed to serve him for both as he was also charged with child endangerment .
Thank you for your follow-up.
If she is going to charge him with child endangerment, then having the father see the daughter is unwise. Her own order would not be void if he sees his own child solely (and not the daughter), but he could use the fact that he saw the child as a means of potentially contesting the endangerment claim by showing that if she was so worried and fearful, why did she allow him to see the child alone (since she would not be able to be there). That is terribly unwise and she should instead consider refusing him the right to see the child.
Hope that helps.
