In order for my husband and I to save money, we decided to write our own will. I found a simple and direct example to use as a template:

Would you add, change, or leave out anything from this example?
Thank you so much for your assistance.
The form you linked to was designed for New South Wales, Australia.

There is a Texas form posted at
http://www.texastaxsection.org/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=8dz0d2KTNUA%3D&tabid=105 which is much more detailed.

You can get a free consultation from some of the attorneys listed by location at
http://lawyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/practicestate/Wills/Texas

There are several Texas Will forms for sale through
http://www.uslegalforms.com/wills/texas-will-forms-dev.htm

I cannot give specific legal advice, but to me, it makes no sense to use a form Will from New South Wales if you are Texas residents.

I hope this information is helpful.
