Reference a Summary Dissolution of Marriage in California..It states to use this proces s neither has interest or ownership in property. My question is I have a property in Texas a residential home I had this before the marriage here is California. Does this exclude me from the summary dissolution process?

If either of you have what is considered "separate property" worth more than $36,000 such as your Texas property you would not be eligible for the Summary Dissolution
