Thank you for giving me the opportunity to assist you. Kindly use CONTINUE or REPLY button to ask for clarification or follow-up questions.Could you explain a little more? Why haven't paid the two months of the agreed amount?
he recieved my income tax return of $438 and taxes were not included in our agreement so we spoke and agreed that i could either skip the july $600 payment or i have to pay $162 to make it even for the extra $500 payment
Thank you.So, if you have an agreement, why is the State of Iowa has a warrant for your arrest?
Because he didn't include taxes ..and I asked him how the 438 fit in to our written agreement with the courts...he left it up to mr I meant he left it up to me how the taxes would apply...the original support car is in Iowa..I live in Illinois for 10 yrs
I am sigining off at this time. However, I have asked a colleague to further assist you.Thank you for your patience,
Hello,
I am back online and I am sorry that your question remains unanswered. This may be that your post still does not have enough information for any Expert to help you.
I am still not clear why you are getting a notice that you would be sent to jail for non-payment when you have agreement with your ex about the payment. I am still not clear how taxes and refunds fit into this equation. Kindly clarify and disclose all information including your employment, your ability to pay the amount that is outstanding, information regarding the Child Support Order that you allegedly violated, and any pending hearing date on the case.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for your patience,
