It breaks my heart to hear these things happening in the system as a result of negligent child protection workers. You need to seek to try to file a motion in court asking the court for an order to return the child to you based on this abuse. I am afraid that the problem here is you have to get this into court somehow and get the evidence to a judge and this means getting yourself another attorney and providing the evidence to the judge to show how this is not in the child's best interest. I wish I could actually jump in and help you by taking the case, but the site forbids us from any type of representation and the state bars do as well.
