My son is 4 yrs old.

Hi, thanks for your inquiry! I have been practicing family law for 17+ years and have specific experience with issues like yours. That being said...Did you have a legal question I can help you with concerning this situation?
Is there any appeal or challenge we can try to get this reversed?

Yes, you can try 2 things: Motion for reconsideration or Appeal (or Motion then appeal if that motion is denied). Your local court rules would typically provide you with the deadlines, so you have to hurry. It is not unusual for the Motion to HAVE to be filed within 15 days of the Order (Rule 35 (d), Rule 82 (B), Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure (ARFLP)), and the Appeal is 30 days. link. Good luck!------- I hope this clarifies and I wish you the best. Please remember to only rate my answer when you are 100% satisfied with my diligence and effort, and will click a button to the RIGHT side of the choices.
