we dont know where to turn we want this child an she wont give any info as to the dr. we only know the hospital an that she has had adoption paper drawn up for her boyfriends sister to adopt this child my son is the father too
Ok, until the child is actually born, son would have no rights to file any action to stop an adoption. But as soon as the child is born, he could file a Paternity suit in the local Family Court to have a judge order a DNA test to confirm if he is the biological father. If he is, then mother can't give the child up for adoption if he does not consent..With that said, son could contact a family law attorney to have the paternity suit ready to file as soon as the child is born and could likely get an injunction to prevent any adoption until the DNA test results are back..
