i need to know my rights when dealing with child services and asking to have me and my children for a drug screening?

yes myself and daughter and because someone called and accused me of selling, using maryjuanna with my daughter, kids selling drugs alot of bs

When Child Protective Services is investigating a claim such as the accusations made against you and your children, they can ask for all of you to undergo drug testing. You have a right to decline to authorize any drug testing for yourself and for the children. However, your refusal to undergo drug testing and refusal to authorize drug testing of your children will be disclosed to the Court and this can be used against you either by the Court or by Child Protective Services.
