Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Tennessee Already Tried: I have only kept records from the past. He is currently keeping up, barely and so to ask for more at this point in time would be futile.
It the father paying through the Department of Human Services, which forwards payments to you, or is the father paying you directly by check or cash?
The father pays me, deposits it into my account weekly. We use the same bank.
Okay, thanks. You can apply for services with the Department of Human Services (DHS) in your county (click here). DHS will attempt to collect the arrears/debt for you.Hope this helps.
