Statistically, what happens when a man does a divorce pro se? I have been through 2 attorneys over the last 2 years, I am out of money.

Hello, my name is XXXX, X'XX been doing Family Law for 30 years.
I don't know of any statistics (I don't know if anybody is keeping statistics), but I can tell you from my experience, you do less well than if you have a lawyer.
That is, if you don't have an agreement on all issues.
It's just like, which looks better, a carpet laid by a do-it-yourselfer, or by a professional?

I could do more analogies, but you get the point.

Some judges will make an effort to understand what you are presenting and cut you a little slack on the procedures. But they are getting rarer and rarer.

JackJD :

Frankly, most judges look at the file, see that the party has gone through two lawyers, and be predisposed to view that party with a little skepticism.

I know that's not the news you would like to hear, but that's the truth.
